The waiters steal their tips; after paying, he disappeared and thus took €5 in tips. Anyone who ignores their guests for 40 minutes does not deserve a tip, but he saw it differently and simply did not return with the change.

We’re staying in this hotel at the moment. We find the hotel to be nice. As some have said there are things that could be better but overall it’s a great hotel. PROS Very clean Large room with stunning view of the lake Two double beds which were very comfortable All the staff we have encountered have been helpful and friendly Very quiet Excellent location, close enough to everything but also far enough away to be peaceful. FREE car parking CONS I don’t like the fake grass which just looks tatty We had to walk through the bar area to access our room, which didn’t feel right. A kettle and tea/coffee facilities would be good. But we’ve encountered this before so always bring our own kettle, cups tea bags. As others have said the hotel is a bit dated but that just adds to its charm. The breakfast was totally adequate with everything you need, but again we have had better in other hotels. The young lad on reception who checked us in although he could speak English had a strong accent and not the best grasp of English, but hey we are in Italy so what do you expect? Despite this he went to great pains to explain everything about the hotel and surrounding area to us. But with his possibly limited understanding of English we did feel if we did have an issue or query he might be the best person to approach. Overall great hotel which suited our requirements perfectly, and at a good price too. Would we return yes we would

Location is exactly close to everything views are stunning from the hotel Nice and relaxing atmosphere older guests so no noise Rooms and hotel bit dated but it is very clean, towels changed and room clean daily, surrounding area and garden pool areas well maintained pool is freezing Yes was value for money staff couldn't do enough for you so friendly and helpful Close to all amenities shops, resturants, harbour, beach staff all very helpful Would return as i found the area of Limone stunning We went on trips every other day in the area which added to fabulous holiday
