Terrible hotel. When we arrived the receptionist told us to change rooms during our stay. We had booked 4 nights and we had a dog with us. It is not optimal for us to change rooms as it is stressful...

Great breakfast, view from the balcony over Garda lake and very helpful staff! Will definitely come back. We came later for check-in but nice lady at the reception waited for us. Calm atmosphere...
