During my short stay of 2 nights, all the staff were kind and welcoming, providing me with advice on local attractions and itineraries. The rooms were clean and equipped with the services specified in the reservation; the location is excellent, just a few steps from the thermal baths, boarding area, and Catullus' caves. I will return!

Unhygienic room, air conditioning not working, manager ANGELO promises you a refund of only 50% to get you to leave! In the end, he cancels this refund, and when you return to the hotel, he hangs up on you and no longer takes your calls; he refuses to do anything and gives you a fake manager's number! Run away! The worst hotel of our lives!

Friendly and helpful staff. The room is not large but pleasant, equipped with everything including a minibar. 2 bottles of water included, view of the lake, small bathroom but recently renovated, therefore modern and pleasant, it also has a bidet despite the limited size. The breakfast surprised me, it is served on the top floor with a lake view and includes both savory and sweet options, everything is good and of high quality. Excellent price in relation to the quality and service. I recommend it!
