Smeraldo (Sirmione)

First of all, I thank the hotel for kindly changing my accommodation type preferences at the last minute; otherwise, we would not have even been able to take this trip. It was worth it because it is a facility with a fantastic location, I must say; the room was very spacious and they even provided us with a crib despite the short notice. Definitely a very positive experience

Mediocre hotel near the center of Sirmione. The room structure is outdated and basic, but the access to the beach and pool is nice. Wi-Fi had many problems and never worked from arrival to departure, creating a significant inconvenience since the phone has no signal anywhere. Essential breakfast that needs improvement. Reception staff were kind, but the bar staff were less so. If you have breakfast but ask to take a coffee to your room, they charge you for it, even though it should be the same whether I take it in the room or in the dining area. Prices are absolutely high for the services offered. Charge for parking when it is stated to be free on the website.
