Very pleasant experience, welcoming, clean, bright environment. Excellent breakfast

Absolute tranquility of the surroundings. Fine and well-kept environment, where you can still breathe the lifestyle of the Venetian nobles of the Serenissima. Green park to be envied by English ones. Free covered parking. Free fresh water (bottles in the fridge) available. Super spacious rooms. Free breakfast, despite the warning of no meals included in the price. Too much class in the restaurant is a little intimidating. All 5 km from the chaotic life of the beach. I suggest renting bicycles for the many cycle paths (all flat) in the surroundings.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel. The structure is very beautiful, but it is not enough to compensate for the lack of services: the heating is turned on from 7.00 pm onwards, and then turned off no one knows when, but in the morning the room and bathroom are freezing. The Italian breakfast (cappuccino and croissants) is served in the building next door no later than 9.30 in the morning... The price paid is absolutely not proportionate to what the structure offers, which is not even the minimum wage.
