My husband and I just got married in Verona and stayed at Villa Cordevigo for 4 days over our wedding. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was absolutely stunning, and was the highlight of our stay! The buffet breakfast was delicious, and there were so many options. The property is authentic, yet luxurious, and all the little touches are so well thought out - such as the branded pool towels, branded beach bag, umbrellas left in each building in case it rains etc. The pool and sunbeds were also lovely! The only thing I would say is that some of the food is very overpriced . We ordered a ham and cheese toastie by the pool, which was 12 euro. This would have been fine, but it was literally just ham and cheese inside bread, which wasn't even fully toasted. We thought this was a bit extortionate. Also, for a 5* hotel, we expected the gym to be better - the was one tiny aircon unit which didn't work properly, and it was essentially just an old room with a few bits of equipment - we couldn't really work out properly. All in all though, it was a great stay! The staff also left us a bottle of fizz for when we got back from our wedding which was a lovely touch!

The place is sublime: the estate lost in the middle of the vineyards and the pool that allows us to relax there. Small downside, the road that you can see in the distance. But what a treat to benefit from the expertise of Ettore Diana, the barista, who lets us enjoy his expertise as a world champion of mixology. A pure delight, this Negroni!

Despite being a very old building, the hotel is well-preserved and very clean. There is a very nice spa with several saunas and hydromassages in addition to massage service. I think because it's a relais chateaux, it requires a bit more attention and pampering. I had the feeling of bureaucratic service, without greater attention to the guest. It's not possible that I had any problem, I didn't, the hotel is good and has a good cost-benefit, but I think they should pay more attention to customer service training, considering a Relais Châteaux client. We went to both restaurants, the bistro and the Michelin-starred one, both very good. The breakfast is very good although they take a long time to bring a simple espresso. The best chocolate cake on the trip was at this breakfast.
