Hotel Terme Belvedere

The hotel is terrible, old, dirty, dilapidated, unbreathable; in the bathroom, the shower is broken, and you find yourself flooded in a few moments because there is a movable plastic curtain! The breakfast was a nightmare, not to mention the very dirty pool full of leaves and various insects! The people who work there are not the friendliest. In the room, we were lacking rods and curtains, and the radiators were closed with cotton rags! Avoid it because it will be a nightmare stay.

I arrived at 6:50 PM because there was a lot of traffic on the highway, and I almost lost my room since the check-in service closes around 6 PM. After a shower, I went out, and when I returned at night, I discovered that I had a light sheet in my room; there was nothing else to cover myself, so I had to double the sheet. I inadvertently forgot my phone charger. I called an hour after leaving the room to inform them that I had left the charger plugged into the wall. They took care of it and confirmed that it had been set aside. I prepared for a shipment where I had to discuss over the phone because they wanted 40 euros to ship the product, whereas I only paid 10 euros for pickup and delivery. Today the charger arrived, which is not mine. I called and informed the establishment that it is not my charger, and they confirmed that they have nothing else. Obviously, it is a super-fast charger suitable for all the latest generation phones. I have nothing else to communicate except to say be careful and find other hotels with better products and better reviews.
