I had a wonderful time, Well-maintained and comfortable pools. Well-organized restaurant and excellent food. Super friendly staff. Certainly, the rooms could use some renovation, but overall it was a good stay. I will return.

Very rude , little organization . Bad facilities as well as the pools. Poorly maintained environments. There are not even sun loungers by the pool but old plastic deck chairs Bad experience!

Then booking a 4-star hotel and spending 684 euros for two nights full board with two children aged 4 and 6 you expect a fairly good service So let's start from the place: antique and say little about 4 stars there are only the sofas in the lobby and the chandeliers Old room with bathtub without any carpet/curtain : with the children I flooded the bathroom , washing my hair we don't talk about it Pre-war Phon luckily I brought mine. Breakfast from a two-star hotel: packaged croissants and yogurt tart and some cereals. Scrambled eggs and and fine bacon. They told me to sit where I wanted and then they made me raise xk the table was 3 not 4 . (after having already taken breakfast) Lunch : simple but good , but ask the waiters for something as long as they need it is a kind of annoyance to the world . Not all of them, just a few. Spas and swimming pools: you expect relaxation beds etc. No only chairs and fake beds created with chair and stool. 4 stars? But not even to sharm a 4 star and so. Also at 3 pm the seats are finished and people just have to put down the bathrobe (by the way not included in the room price) and enter the pool. That said if I pay and see 4 stars I pretend, I have been to two star places but I knew where I was going and the price was definitely lower. Review that does not deserve sufficiency.
