Radisson Blu Resort Terme Di Galzignano

I returned to this splendid resort with a day spa package including a room (very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom); we were at the Splendid hotel... the pools are very beautiful and clean, one with water that was too hot and one with water at 29 degrees; we really appreciated the poolside furnishings, which were truly remarkable, as well as the thermal cave; the staff was kind and professional... the only flaws were that not all the hydromassage jets have been working for months... and the hotel facades need repainting, which is why I didn't give an excellent rating... however, I recommend it, also because it has the right clientele.

Terrible experience; the rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear those in the adjacent rooms. Additionally, the staff is very rude, especially the staff at the restaurant near the pool.

I had already been to Majestic, I wanted to try Sporting and I must say that I did badly... Hotel, in general, needs a nice renovation, our room was a superior, new, but with a ridiculous shower, practically raised from the floor 20 cm .. and also narrow. Quite courteous staff, however, almost always lacks a smile. Disappointing breakfast for a 4 star... not even the napkin bring you .. if you don't ask .. for the espresso coffee shop biblical temples. Honestly in bad taste an entertainer? Lifeguard? Who did water aerobics lessons in the pool... apart from badmouthing, working with other guests, really meaningless lessons where the sense of rhythm has disappeared, screaming, then jumping into the water with the customers in questionable attitudes... occupying part of the pool with the warmer water... disturbing a good part of the customers who waited only for her to finish the lesson. I had never seen such scenes in a spa park, there was an atmosphere more like the communal pool.
