Rometta

A place where you feel at home. I stayed for 3 days for work and I really felt at home. The service is super excellent, friendly, kind and professional. I found the menu varied but above all delicious, each dish feels like it is cooked with love and high quality ingredients. The exceptional staff, always ready to accommodate requests, never fails to smile, I found care, attention and a lot of empathy. If only all hotels had staff where harmony reigns, we would feel at home wherever we are. I appreciated every aspect, without pretension and certainly when I return to Cittadella, I am sure that I will find a welcoming, beautiful and serene place to welcome me like the Rometta hotel. Congratulations guys and all the staff, keep it up💪🙏 The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is very rich, but I suggest adding a few more variations. Thank you thank you thank you I carry you in my heart ❤️

Three night stay, Quickly forgotten... The small and dirty rooms with windows overlooking the tunnel and an iron staircase Noisy climate system Dilapidated bathroom But we reach the top with dinner Fixed menu 21 euros (See the photos to judge) Breakfast practically non-existent But the best is the waitress with black hair who rushes you to order dinner and tells you that if it doesn't suit you Citadel and full of pizzerias... Luckily for hotels too... Goodbye Rometta

Stayed at the Rometta for 1 night in May, the manager was friendly though did not speak good English, however this is not a touristy hotel and would not expect them too, plus gives you a chance to practice your Italian! We enjoyed our stay, the room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast was fine, the usual bread rolls, pastries, boiled eggs & cold meats. The small hotel is situated on a quiet road with parking outside, not the most picturesque street but a short walk to the lovely walled town of Citadella. There is also a co-op supermarket just up the street. If you are looking for somewhere with good value and parking to visit the lovely town of Citadella we would recommend to give this hotel a try.
