Terme Milano Hotel

Kind and helpful staff, breakfast room too chaotic and hot, lobby poorly air-conditioned (out of three days, only upon arrival on Sunday), restaurant room equally chaotic and poorly air-conditioned. The opening and closing times of the pools are not very clear nor very respected, compared to the information posted at the entrance.

It was a nice experience, very beautiful thermal pools in a nice atmosphere, very comfortable hotel in a central area of Abano. Beautiful and functional hotel with kind staff and a very good breakfast. I'm not giving 5 points because upon arrival we found the toilet in our room very dirty with stagnant pee under the toilet seat. I didn't think to take photos or notify anyone. I cleaned and disinfected it myself. It seemed strange to me, but that's how it was
