Point Conselve

We stayed at the Point Hotel Conselve on the night of June 27-28, 2026. Upon arriving at the hotel, they immediately asked us to pay for the room, and we agreed. When we got to the room, we did not find the slippers that were advertised in all the photos; of course, we had not brought any with us. We went down to the reception, and they told us they did not have them. In the bathroom, there was only one towel for the bidet, one for the face, and no mat for the shower. My wife got into the shower, and there was no hot water. I went down to the reception again, and after various apologies, they stated that there was a widespread problem that had already been reported and that the heating system was not working. I asked how to resolve the issue, and they told me that perhaps a small refund could be arranged (which was not received). I asked them to move us to another facility, but after various hesitations, they told me they found a solution at another hotel, but we would have to pay for the taxi ourselves. Naturally, we did not accept and took a cold shower instead. Room with stained and worn carpet, broken and precarious shower tiles, noisy air conditioning. One last thing, we were at an event without a car and asked if they could pick us up 4 km away. There was no availability. On the Sunday morning, the same response; they could not take us. We had to call a taxi after several phone calls, and then, upon arriving at the event, we learned that the organizers had left a number at the Point reception to contact for the shuttle service that had been established. Terrible experience; this hotel should be absolutely avoided.

HOTEL DA NIGHTMARES: dirt and poor organization reign, carpet worn and dirty, old and dirty bathroom, the uncomfortable bed but it was the least. I had to stay two nights but after the first night I preferred to leave. highly discouraged

Very bad hotel to stay. No wifi and rooms are small. Beds are filled with bugs. No ac or fans inspite of the weather being very very hot. Really a very Substandard hotel. Avoid staying in this . Stayed on 27th may 2024 and came from India. Did not expect this from this hotel. Really felt like cheated
