From the minute, you walk in the door, you feel the warmth and kindness of the staff. From the man who carries your bags upstairs to the front desk staff, to the Restaurant staff, everyone is so helpful and so kind and polite. The rooms are incredible, the views are incredible and the location is the best in all of Cortina—right on the Square next to the church and all of the shops. We could not have had a better time. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a first class experience. Five stars all the way.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful decoration, all new and cozy, perfectly matching the city's atmosphere. Very well located. Impeccable service, consistent with the 5 stars. Fantastic breakfast. Only inconvenience: it does not have parking. They offer valet service for 55 euros per day.

We arrived at this hotel for an aperitif and were greeted by the bartender, who immediately made us feel at home, first offering us a glass of water and grenadine. Afterwards, we ordered two Belvedere martinis. Along with the cocktails, we received crisps and olives, which were much appreciated, and then some tartlets from the kitchen. Marco proved to be very knowledgeable and polite, and we chatted a bit. The cocktails, on the other hand, were perfectly made, thanks in part to his advice. He is truly passionate about his work, as well as polite. We will be back. It's a shame we didn't stay here.
