We had a friendly welcome when we arrived and lots of information was given to us so we could make the most of our stay. Breakfast had everything we needed and it was all freshly prepared. The only thing I would say regarding the beds is that the pillows were very hard.

The Hotel Garden was perfect for us. It's in a great position for walking into the town, yet quiet enough at night to not be disturbed. The staff are really friendly and helpful, even the night porter made us a coffee on our early morning departure. The rooms were spotless, clean and very well equipped. There is a good choice for breakfast. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and an excellent gymn if you over indulge. Honestly, I couldn't fault the Hotel Garden. Would definitely stay here again.

If you want an authentic vintage Italian experience this is the hotel for you. Yes, the bedrooms are dated but perfectly adequate and very clean with plenty of storage. The pool and garden facing rooms are much larger and brighter than those facing a car park at the rear. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast buffet with a choice of freshly cooked eggs and bacon. The dining and public rooms are beautifully furnished in vintage style. The extensive garden and pool area is lovely with a shaded area of vines under which to sit in the heat. A big plus is that the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the old town and lake front with its many restaurants and bars.
