$430 for two nights and for that we still have to make our own bed - an absolute outrage!!!! At the reception, we had to pay extra for bed linen and towels, and that is how the price came about. Then we decided to eat at the in-house restaurant for $18 per person - warm antipasti were ice cold, even though they had just come from the kitchen, and in general, everything had already been picked over by 6:35 PM and was not replenished. The staff then walked around with bowls and asked who ordered what - I could go on about this forever. Luckily we are only here for 2 nights, but tomorrow we are definitely eating out!!!!

We are spending the Ferragosto weekend at this wonderful hotel. We assume that the negative reviews concern past years, because today we can only give the highest rating regarding the room, the pool, the convenience of the parking, and the location in general. We confirm that the rooms are completely renovated, clean, and have an elegant, spacious bathroom with a huge shower enclosure. Ours is a triple room on the ground floor with a pool view. Everything is splendid. We will definitely return and highly recommend it. Nicola, Stefania, and Sebastian

I booked my trip for August in early May and indicated that I wanted a poolside room. This because of my daughter's backlog I didn't get this instead of downstairs I was put on the first floor. The gym was also not in use. The air conditioning was broken the first 5 days this while it was very hot. My room was next to the entrance door so my room door chattered all evening as people went in and out. My little girl got very scared of this and we were constantly being woken up by loud bangs. I indicated this at the reception but they walked along and found all this Not so bad and first said that this is just it. The staff was very nice and the food was good.
