Hotel Columbus

Beautiful and elegant in its features, it loses its way a bit in the details. The room floor is quite damaged, as are the bathroom drains. A complimentary bottle of water wouldn't be asking too much. The bathroom linens are worn and have loose threads. The air conditioning is noisy and not adjustable. It is a four-star hotel. For the rest, the staff is very kind and prepared, the breakfast is excellent, and the pool is beautiful and comfortable. It is quite comfortable.

Very kind staff; the ladies who take care of the cleaning and the reception are very polite, helpful, and nice. The rooms need to be renovated. Carpets and curtains are a haven for dust and insects. The bathroom is also very old with a tiny shower. A larger person would not fit in it. It would be a good idea to install screens to avoid mosquitoes and flies. Breakfast needs to be supplemented with plant-based drinks. As for the organization of the breakfast room, there is room for improvement. Little attention is paid to replenishing items when they run out (including plates and glasses). We were often forced to point out the need to restock. Perfect location.

Hotel is in a beautiful location, staff very friendly and helpful. Room a bit dated, hotel would benefit from a bit of a freshen up. Breakfast was very good. Best part was the location so close by to the lake!
