Hotel definitely below expectations. The property is poorly maintained: dirty carpet full of stains and worn out, marked walls, stained furnishings, dirty armchairs in the hallway, and a balcony with cracks that is falling apart. The general impression is that of a neglected property with poor maintenance. For the price paid and for a 4-star hotel, we expected a much better level of maintenance. I do not recommend this very dated property, which is certainly not up to 4-star standards. The bathroom in the rooms with amenities that are not up to a 4-star hotel standard, it felt like being in a highway rest stop bathroom, with an absurd stench coming from the drains. We stayed for two nights, but it was the first and last time at this property. For those who would like to take a multi-day vacation, it would be a real disappointment to find themselves in a hotel with these dynamics, considered a 4-star... a real disappointment, and perhaps it would be time for a nice general renovation. Furthermore, both times the room was cleaned, the cleaning lady did not close the door, leaving it ajar... Favorable location for the beach and the center.

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially with my daughter. Perfect location. Unfortunately, however, for a 4-star hotel I expected more: bathroom to be completely redone, 80s curtains should be illegal because they are not hygienic. I understand paying for the sunbed for the pool because there are few, but at least one umbrella in the back rows can be included in the booking!

Very maraud, the rooms I had to change 3 times due to mold, dirt and a neighbor with 5 dogs - -was really pleasant!! That shouldn't be in a serious hotel. Mind you! I had a "suite" rather break booth . The pool too dirty, the staff is nice then unfriendly and burdensome. For me it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in after 20 different ones in Italy. The owner showed no insight into the redemption let alone price discount. Once and never again , not even as a gift!! Great holiday with my children, they now need vacation from vacation. Wanted to change the hotel but everything was busy of time. My tip: It's best to look at it first on site and not pay before out.
