Quiet hotel just steps from the station. Spacious and quiet room, comfortable and perfectly functional bathroom. Excellent value for money.

Great location for mestre station. Room clean and very spacious. Huge bed with very comfortable mattress. Breakfast a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel: poor quality sweet (industrial) products

Our experience at this hotel was very negative and totally removed from what is expected of a four star accommodation. During the stay we had a full night without hot water, plus hygiene problems in the toilet (brown/yellow water), which prevented us from showering and caused us to return to our country without being able to toilet, without the hotel offering an effective solution at the time. We also booked and paid for a superior room with bathtub, which we could not use at any time, so the services contracted did not correspond to what was received. At reception we were told that there would be a refund according to what happened, but after almost a month of claims, the hotel repeatedly minimized the facts in its responses and the only final proposal was a refund of €26 (30% for one night only), an amount we rejected as clearly insufficient. Problem management and the lack of empathy demonstrated do not match the standards of a hotel in this category. I leave this comment to inform other travelers and help them make an informed decision
