Great property a few minutes from Venice, great value for money, you leave the property, bus ticket (1.50 euros), after 4 stops and about 15 minutes of time you get off in Venice. The hotel is clean, comfortable and with staff available for any information, very courteous, parking space, if you want to see Venice in an easy way, I recommend this hotel.

Five stars are not enough. This hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring Venice and beyond, one of our party even visited Maranello for a day. What is truly exceptional about this hotel is its staff. They are kind and friendly and go above and beyond in every way. We were not an easy group, with one wheelchair user and two autistic young people, all on holiday after several family traumas. We were a little chaotic and messy, travelling with far too many bags, yet nothing was ever too much trouble. The kindness shown to us was remarkable. The hotel offers good wheelchair access and an accessible room. Both rooms were clean large and comfortable, and the staff made our stay completely stress free. I highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Good structure, clean and tidy. It is located in a very convenient area, very close to the pedestrian area of Mestre, where there is a wide choice of bars and clubs to spend the evening, and about 200 meters from the bus stop n. 7 that in a maximum of 15 minutes reaches the beautiful Venice, bridge height of the Constitution. The staff is nice, friendly and really very helpful throughout. At check out we were allowed to temporarily "park" our luggage in the "warehouse" area of the hotel while waiting for our train, scheduled for the evening, and a special THANK YOU goes to Mrs. Anna, who took care to bring back all the luggage from the warehouse in the lobby by herself, and as if that was not enough later she even offered us coffee! :) Our room was clean and equipped with all the essentials. The only two flaws we found were: the radiator on, which seemed a bit excessive given the excellent weather conditions during the stay, and the lack of the bidet in the bathroom. For the rest the stay was so pleasant, and when we get to visit Venice again we will definitely come back here. Thanks again for everything!!
