Casa Villa Gardenia

This was a perfect place to stay for what we were after. Staff were friendly, room was spotless, bed was comfy, there was air con and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was also lovely with a variety of options to choose from. If you are wanting to visit Venice it is an ideal place to stay as you are a few minutes walk from one of the main stations where there are really regular trains into Venice for only €1.50. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

Hotel in an old villa with a perfect location for a visit to Venice. Parking is included and the bus stop is located right in front of the door. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is small but nice, with a great selection and especially delicious croissants and antipasti. Many thanks also for the uncomplicated, quick communication and that we were able to get into the room earlier. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Venice!

Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Strategic location to reach Venice in just 10 minutes by train or bus. Recommended.
