Incredibly bad hotel for assistance, reception and inexisting manager. I just asked some info and, afterwards, their names, but nobody gave to me. With bad manners the receptionist refused to complete checkin, closed helself in an office, banged the door twice, and refused to give back to me the luggage which in the morning was deposited there. I had to call the Police. Checkin was to be on Sep.14th, but never happened. Booking.com is refusing to reimburse. Very bad experience

I was eaten by bed bugs in this hotel.

Terrible; we entered the room and fled, even though we had paid for a 2-night stay...
