Perfect clean rooms, nice restaurant staff, great food. We got several types of delicious pizza but the menu is much wider. Parking by the hotel door. I really recommend. We made a nice walk in surrounding streets after the dinner. Nice fine area.

Alright. Nice place. Excellent welcome. Comfortable rooms. Free parking in front of the hotel. Restaurant "La lista" attached to the Doge Venezziano hotel very well DIEGO is very kind, smiling, helpful. Thanks to him. Perfect We recommend. Well located near Venice, bus...

Oscar, our host was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He gave us maps and pointers for restaurants and shopping in Venice. While a few miles away from Venice downtown, we used public transport and got a flavor of area we travelled through. The place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return there should we visit Venice again.
