Fiori&Frutti Resort di Campagna

Amazing location. Absolutely nice: welcome, cleanliness, kindness of staff and excellent food. We stopped to arrive in the Dolomites in two stages. Once we arrived we used the pool and after dinner at the resort restaurant, where we ate and drank very well. In short, a day of absolute relaxation in a beautiful resort. Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights in the double bedroomed apartment of this hotel. It was one of our most terribe experiences we have ever had with a hotel. At first our apartment was not in the building what you can see on the photos. It was on the other side of the farm, not a fancy farm house at all, it was like a poorly furnished staff house. When we entered it we realized that it was quite cold in the apartment, we were told that we are not allowed to control the heating, as it is controlled centrallly by the hotel staff. They put higher the temperature but it lasted only for 1 day after that they turned it off and there was no heating. The whole apartment was very dirty, it looked like the floor was never washed, everyrhing was very used beeing is a bad condition. The most digusting thing is that our bedding was dirty, it was not changed before our arrival!!!! ( i dont go into details but the worst you can imagine)!!! We called the receptionist and told hím the issue, but never apologised or compensated us. Very very unprofessional attitude. The apartment was on the ground floor and it was full of ants, bugs, spiders but OK it was our least problem. The wi-fi was not working only on our first day after that it was off and not fixed even if we asked it to do. The magnetic key poorly worked it was always an issue to get into the apartment. Small problem but worth to mention that we are a family of 4 (2 daughters) and there was only 1 tiny mirror in the bathroom, nothing else. We did not pay for breakfast as it was 30 EUR per person even for the kids as well. The location would be good but as a hotel it is a big zero, for this price you can find much higher quality.

Amazing stay!!! Quite a special atmosphere and warm welcoming from both Luisa and Patrizia! Highly recommended for families and small groups, the place is so peaceful and so beautiful;
