Very nice and comfortable hotel. Room with all the comfort items, with wonderful shower. Excellent and varied breakfast, with Nespresso machine available. Parking at 15 euros per day. On the side exit vc accesses the T1 at 1,50 euros and in 15 min you will be at the Roma Station. Small and time-consuming elevators. It needs to be modernized.

We booked for one night with the family. My wife and I had forgotten the identity documents of our two children (we are all Italian). Although we had digital photos of them, we were not allowed to check in: my wife and I could, but our two children (9 and 15 years old) could not (!!!!). My wife and I personally provided all the necessary guarantees, even calling the police and carabinieri on the spot by phone to confirm our good faith. Nothing to be done. When we asked to cancel the reservation to look for another solution elsewhere, we were offered a 30% refund on the total cost of the room. From the reception staff (especially a blonde young lady and also another gentleman), rudeness, arrogance, and no cooperation: we were even told that we could not have our children come with us to put our luggage in the room (not to stay overnight) and that if we continued, they would call the police (!!!). I have always traveled and booked hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered a situation like this.

Two words for this hotel, perfectly impeccable! Even from the outside the hotel made a statement, hotel right in the center, modern, large, bright, and with many interesting new features. Beautiful, spacious, innovative rooms, a large Smart TV, and not to mention the beds, a very comfortable mattress. The hotel offers the possibility to use "graziella" bicycles to visit the city. Unfortunately, I was not able to savor their breakfast, which was also impeccable as reported by several people. Young and intelligent staff, especially Valentina who was so kind and polite in welcoming me to the hotel. I will definitely return! ;)
