Villa Franceschi

This property is located in a small village very convenient to roads and highways into Venice, Vicenza and Padova. We used it to explore de Venetian villas of the Brenta river. The hotel consists of two historic buildings containing rooms, restaurant and lobby. A very nice park surrounds the main buildings and houses a very pretty large pool. All rooms are decorated in traditional style with quality upholsteries, nice curtains, good bed sheets and elegant furniture. We had a suite consisting of a bedroom and a separate living room, 2 full bathrooms and a terrace facing the garden. Could not be nicer. Breakfast is served buffet style. Meals are good with a very comprehensive menu. WIFI and AC work very well. The owners are around and it makes a difference.

We found this hotel almost by accident on a spontaneous trip to Italy in May 2026, immediately fell in love with it and returned two times since then. It is not only the beautiful buildings, rooms, park and pool area, which are immaculate, clean and kept with great attention to detail. Also, which might be the most important point, it is the famiglia Dal Corso and their employees, which make the experience unique. Staying at Villa Franceschi does not feel like just sleeping at a hotel, it feels like staying as a personal guest of the famiglia Dal Corso, who go out of their way to provide you with everything you wish for, creating a prime example of Italian hospitality. This hideaway from the big crowds and full streets of Venice shows you the true meaning of la Dolce Vita. The Riviera del Brenta, once known for housing numerous venetian families during the summer months for hundreds of years, which provides you with anything you could ever wish for. And please, while you are here, try the restaurant, which will turn your dinner into an experience you would want to repeat every night. That‘s the reason why we don‘t know any other restaurants in the area.
