Best Western Premier Galileo Padova

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an indoor swimming pool. The pool is still listed as an amenity and appears in photos on the hotel's website and multiple booking platforms. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the pool is not available for guests to use. This was a significant factor in my decision to book, so finding out after arrival was extremely disappointing. If a major advertised amenity is unavailable, that information should be clearly disclosed before guests make a reservation—not after they have already arrived. Based on my experience, continuing to advertise the pool without clearly stating that it is unavailable is misleading. Had I known the pool was closed, I would have booked a different hotel. I'm leaving this review so future guests who are specifically looking for a hotel with a swimming pool are aware that they should confirm its availability before booking. I hope the hotel updates its advertising and removes or clearly qualifies the pool amenity until guests can actually use it.

Very good hotel on the outskirts of Padua with parking and, above all, outside the ZTL zone! Friendly welcome even though we arrived at 11 PM. Spacious and comfortable room. Decent breakfast in a large, soulless room. But a more than decent selection.
