We had an absolutely horrid stay at this hotel. The air conditioning was not working, and despite repeatedly bringing this to the staff's attention, nothing was done. The manager actually told me at night that there was no alternative room available and that I would have to sleep in a room at 28–30°C – sweaty, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. This is not the experience you expect when you're paying over INR 28K per room. To make matters worse, there was no drinking water provided in the room. You're forced to either buy a small bottle from the restaurant for €3–4 or walk 1.5 km to the nearest supermarket (I think it was Conad). The front desk staff were cold, unresponsive, and seemed not to care at all. I've travelled extensively, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favour – totally avoid this place.

Located near the university city in the first ring road of Padua. Excellent position for excursions with the burchiello. Comfortable rooms. Varied breakfast, quality food, very professional and empathetic staff
