My wife and I were at this very beautiful hotel today for a day spa. Everything was perfect, there was not much confusion, and the pools were very recent and clean. In this hotel, you can use the pools until 11:00 PM. Among other things, they had also told us that at the reception. Too bad, however, that around 7:00/7:15 PM we were the only ones left, since those staying there were surely going to eat. The pool attendant (a guy with glasses) clearly made us understand that we had to leave, since he was following us everywhere. When we got out of the pool and went through the door to enter the relaxation area where we had our towels, he looked at us and said Goodbye.. When we could have easily stayed there.. In fact, around that time I also attached the photo, he put up the no-entry sign for the pools.. We didn't like this at all, also because they had told us that we could stay until 11 PM..and then sometimes it takes very little to make a customer change their mind (negatively) even though it remains an excellent hotel for the services it offers. I hope they are more careful about the staff they choose.

I have been coming to this hotel with my daughter for several years. I have always had a good experience, and this year even better because there have been renovations and innovations that have improved both the decor and the comfort. Very kind and friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone!
