Our accommodation through Lady Travel was truly awful. The bathroom looks like it was built in 1950; the shower cubicle is tiny, the pillows and duvet aren't comfortable, and the electrical panel in the room is buzzing. The staff are also rude and indifferent. After having breakfast, we left our suitcases on the bus and went back down for tea. We received a strange warning that we couldn't have breakfast. Moreover, my other friends also asked for tomatoes and they didn't give them to them. All 27 people on our tour said they hated the hotel. This is truly appalling. I really don't understand what kind of 4-star hotel this is. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Comfortable but could use some work. Great location to a bunch of shops and restaurants. Bar in the hotel was never open which was a bit disappointing but we found something close by. Food for breakfast was good and has s a great variety to choose from. Bathrooms were ok, showers very small. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet even though close to a busy intersection. overall good experience.
