Do you know that they chain lock the main hotel entrance. Suppose you want to go out for a cigarette during night? No go. I am just stuck in lobby, on nice sofa, with wifi. Why 1 and not 2? When furniture is collapsing, like chairs but are put in floors lobby to sit, well this is negligence. Cleanliness is at 2 to 3. But be ware that windows in toilets are screwed, so no fresh air. It was amusing to see a smorgasbord of wires old telephone (1980 type with dial wheel) with wifi router telephone central all fixed hanging on the lobby wall. You do not want to be indulged with further sour stories. This is what 50 Eur gets you around Venice region and when you are traveling with touridt agency. Not recommended, unless you are looking for the other part of the hotels spectrum.

We have stayed with my husband at the hotel for only 2 nights and didn`t expect much. Still we were very disappointed. The hotel is old and in very bad condition. The mayor problem is very poor hygiene.We could smell moldness in the room.Beds were quite uncomfortable. The breakfast serving dishes were rusted.

Driving across Italy and needed a break en route. This was a great stop because it was right off the highway. Our room was clean and cool (it had AC). And the evening clerk and the morning host were both very welcoming and nice. Plenty of hot water for showering and speedy wifi. The bed was springy and comfy. Breakfast was lovely with loads of sweet choices (including chocolate croissants!) and the host made us hot beverages. The room was large. The bathroom was good-sized but, as is typical in many European places, the shower stall was tiny. It wasn't perfect (soap was all out in the shower, toilet seat was loose, and the lights were out in our hall, the decor was eclectic, and there is an air freshener odor in the hallways that was not my cup of tea) but it fit our needs. I would be happy to stay again.
