SB Hotel Padova

This was a very nice modern hotel. Min facilities though, a pool would be a geat addition. The breakfast was only 10 euros and you could have endless barista coffees, the food selection was very good and the bistro in the evening really good. My only winge is that although coffee/tea was available in our room, no milk was provided and when I went to ask for some I was charged 1.80e for a glass ( not full ) from the bistro/bar. Also our kettle leaked and the replacement blew the electrics on our floor. The remedy go pay for coffee down stairs.....I don't think so. Other than that a very pleasant 9 nt stay in all, would recommend. They also have a very safe under ground garage for 10e per night....that is cheap.

I stayed in this hotel and found the room to be really spacious, large, and with very modern furnishings. Overall, the structure is quite beautiful, and the staff proved to be very kind and helpful. The breakfast is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The location is excellent, very convenient for reaching various points in the city of Padua. However, there are several negative notes to report regarding the comfort of the room: Beds and pillows: they were very hard, making rest not very comfortable. Windows and cleanliness: the hotel lacks balconies or traditional windows; the structure is a sort of large tower, and there are only some skylight windows. This is a limitation for those who want to look outside or smoke a cigarette. Moreover, when opened, the external sills were found to be very dusty. Draperies: the room is equipped with many large and heavy fabric curtains, which inevitably tend to accumulate dust. A more hygienic and modern system would be decidedly preferable, such as automatic curtains that raise and lower, thus avoiding the accumulation of dirt typical of classic fabrics. The structure has excellent potential, is modern, and is located in a strategic position for exploring Padua, supported by a truly friendly staff. However, the lack of comfort of the bed and some details related to dust (on the sills and in the fabric draperies) do not allow for fully enjoying the stay. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and comfort of rest, it would become an excellent choice!

We stayed at the Best Western Tower… a very tall and impressive tower. Stunning view (though you can't see the sea or the mountains), the room was very bright, and you need to draw the curtains well in the morning if you don't want to wake up at dawn. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved; they are spacious with wide and comfortable beds. The Mediterranean breakfast was good
