Deceptive, no bathrobes in the room, no satellite channel or possibility to use our Netflix even though it was advertised on the site. The toilet is running so not cool at all in the mini bathroom, let's talk about the breakfast fruit, 4 oranges and 2 apples completely withered. Nothing positive… and around the pool only smokers… really disappointing and very hard to stay there even if only for 3 days. Only positive point, the staff is super friendly and pleasant.

New Year's Eve at Pigalle, everything organized to perfection. Frank David's Band Music accompanied the arrival of the New Year impeccably. Full buffet and good food.

For the first time I booked the New Year's Eve dinner 2025 without reading the reviews that I'm wrong. I spent the worst New Year's Eve of my life... as soon as we arrived the location enchants you and I must say that even the reception for payment of the balance was well organized, I had booked dinner at € 125.00 per person. The room where we had dinner was well prepared and the place allocated to us was also perfect and from this moment on the idyll ended. Dinner was disastrous with inedible courses from appetizers to dessert... the only course we managed to eat was risotto everything else was inedible, unfortunately you could not even understand what the ingredients were (my husband's amberjack was an agglomeration of thorns impossible to swallow), even with dessert they were saved because it was burned and the coffee arrived after a long time of waiting was cold and watered down, the main courses came out sobbing and there were tables that had them after an hour. At the time of the midnight toast mid-tables were missing bottles of prosecco, but I say how do you organize something so clumsy? The waiters looked like makeshift people who didn't know what to do. Even the music was not at all pleasant too loud in two at the table you could not talk if not screaming, little danceable music in short, an evening to forget and a misleading advertisement paid good money and unfortunately a DISAPPOINTMENT, I say this for the next New Years CAREFUL NOT TO BE DECEIVED. I've done several reviews but it's the first time ever that I find myself doing such a negative one in all services (food, service, staff)
