Al Fiore

Overall, this is a good hotel with very good value for money. It is a small, family-style hotel, more like a large house than a typical hotel. The rooms are quite simple, but everything is very clean and the service is good. The only real downside is the poor soundproofing. You may hear some noise from outside, but the bigger issue is if you happen to have noisy neighbours – you can hear almost everything from the surrounding rooms. If your neighbours are quiet, however, your stay should be perfectly peaceful. Breakfast is excellent, and a special compliment goes to the lady preparing the omelettes – they are absolutely delicious! But the biggest surprise for me was the housekeeping. The room was cleaned every day, and the level of care and attention to detail was truly exceptional. Honestly, I don’t think I have ever experienced such thoughtful and meticulous housekeeping, and I have stayed in well over 100 hotels. Whoever is responsible for the rooms deserves huge praise. So overall, a simple and modest hotel, but a very good one for the price. The two absolute highlights are the excellent omelettes at breakfast and the outstanding housekeeping.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we wanted to go to Gardaland and we took the opportunity for two days of relaxation. Beautiful hotel, room with a very large terrace with a small table and lounge chairs, nice pool, and excellent food (we did half board).

We had the pleasure of staying here the week after Ferragosto, and everything went perfectly. - Hotel in a strategic position, a few minutes by car from the toll booth and a few minutes on foot from the center of beautiful Peschiera... overlooking the lakefront but in a non-chaotic position. - I compliment the owners for the very beautiful property, cared for down to the smallest detail, super clean, and with the right spaces to enjoy a vacation. - It is not a “mass-market” hotel, so no lines, no confusion, no chaos; in short, the ideal place to relax. - It has a beautiful (heated) pool equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs (spotless) and a small kiosk for appetizers and ice cream. - Very convenient private on-site parking. - The restaurant is available where you eat very well; it is airy and well-kept, but the must is the breakfast (very rich, from sweet to savory… there is everything and more). - Rooms: we opted for the suite (the Sesto Senso), spectacular, huge with an enormous bathroom and shower, two televisions, a kitchenette with a microwave, induction cooktop, and a set for tea and coffee; it is also equipped with a small private garden with a small table, lounge chairs, and an umbrella… beautiful! Among the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in. - I once again compliment the owners for the choice of all the staff, who have a crucial role in qualifying or disqualifying a property, and in this case, they provide a very high added value, and I don't say that just to say it… I am sorry I cannot name everyone, but I would start with the receptionists, professional and ready to accommodate every request of ours from the moment of booking until departure, very willing to help us in organizing the visit to the wonderful Lake Garda and the various theme parks, but above all always, always, always with a smile, courtesy personified… the “less visible” people are also praiseworthy, I am referring to the maintenance and cleaning staff, impeccable service, it is difficult to find flaws… I will finish with the dining room staff, all very good but in particular Gianni and Antonio (what good people!), professional but at the same time very nice, smiling, and above all attentive to those like me who have dietary issues, and with whom it was also pleasant to converse 🔝🔝🔝. - Everything was so “on point” that it was pleasant even to return to the hotel after a day of visiting the lake. What else can I say, we truly left a piece of our hearts here… not a single cent spent is regretted from the first to the last… and this makes the difference with those like you who care about customer satisfaction. Thank you to everyone, everyone, and we hope to be able to return next year. A truly heartfelt hug from Antonio, Letizia, and Samuele.
