Best Western Soave

Overall a fantastic stay at Soave Hotel. Just a few minutes from the highway, lots of parking spaces. Dinner possibilities a quick drive from the hotel. Friendly staff, great rooms, very good breakfast and even a quck swim in the nice swimming pool.

I have been frequenting this hotel for at least 15 years and it is a point of reference when I am in the Verona area Classy hotel with ample spaces, rooms all of superior quality with amenities, such as coffee and tea sets in the room Large breakfast room with a truly varied buffet and quality products Attentive staff and superlative treatment for Best Western Elite customers with free upgrades and special attention Highly recommended

We booked a Best Western hotel specifically because we had a very important business video call and expected a reliable, professional standard. Instead, the internet connection was completely inadequate. It repeatedly dropped out, the video froze, and it was impossible to conduct a normal, uninterrupted call. The entire situation was a disaster. Stable internet is a basic requirement in any modern hotel—especially one operating under an internationally recognised brand such as Best Western. Guests should not have to discover during an important professional appointment that the Wi-Fi is unreliable and effectively unusable. This caused serious disruption and is simply unacceptable. I will reflect this experience honestly in my reviews.
