Disappointing experience, especially considering the price We stayed 5 nights during Ferragosto, paying €119 per person per day for half board. The price is significant and, in my opinion, is not appropriate for the level of the room. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are definitely dated: our bathroom was very small and the shower consisted simply of a floor-level shower tray with a curtain, without an actual shower enclosure. The property itself confirmed to us that the rooms would need to be redone. I also expected something different regarding the cuisine: I did not find it up to the expectations I had for the price paid. Few truly typical offerings and a cuisine that I perceived as rather commercial, more like a hotel than a high-end restaurant. The pool is a pleasant amenity, but to use it you need to purchase the pool kit; the spa, on the other hand, is for a fee and not included in the stay. Finally, I found the welcome at the reception not always friendly. I had pointed out my concerns about the price/quality ratio to the property, but I was told that, considering the services offered, the price was correct. I respect their position, but this was my experience and I would not return paying this amount again. The pool and the location are positive aspects, but personally I believe that the rooms, bathrooms, cuisine and especially the price/quality ratio need significant improvement.

A nice place, an hotel that may be a bit old-fashioned but well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. Comfortable room, abundant and varied breakfast, excellent dinners even though it lacks a touch of local cuisine.

When you stay for 2/3 days in a property the review can be impactful. At Monaco Sport Hotel I stayed 50 days and I must say that I was treated spectacularly. Location: I must say central to the various slopes and Cortina, great. Let's start from the rooms: comfortable, warm and clean, thanks to the cleaning staff always kind and smiling at my every request Food: sublime. During the stay there was never a dish (before, second or sweet) that made me regret having taken it. Meat cooked to perfection, venison stew a sensory immersion for the palate, not to mention the carbonara of zucchini l i canederli, spectacular desserts (ricotta and blueberry cake and exceptional coffee mousse) Hearty breakfast, there is everything from croissants to salty, passing by yogurt jams and fruit for extracts. Pool and spa practically new. Magnificent hot water pool. Moving on to the waiting staff: Nicholas-Sabrina winning pair have viciati and indulged us to our every request and desire .. with the collaboration of Paul and Iole great team. Always smiling. Varied bar service. Multiple wines, explained and recommended by the owner Sergio, expert sommelier .. And last but not least, the owners Angela and Sergio. Winning couple, friendly from first to last moment, tireless and always smiling. Rating 10/10. Thank you so much for the fantastic stay made us pass
