Hotel Cangrande Di Soave

The cutlet was soft and the fries were decent; the packed lunch sandwich given by the hotel the cooked ham was slimy and smelled a little bit is soft

unprofessional, unhelpful and grumpy staff. in the evening I was in the room with my friends and a night supervisor entered the room without knocking or asking herself any problem, since apparently already in possession of the keys to the room, and in high tones she abruptly urged us to be quiet and return each to our rooms, threatening to charge us the cost of the stay of other guests if they chose to leave the hotel because of the annoyance caused. As for cleanliness was scarce self not absent, the bare minimum was to make the bed daily.

Absolutely disgraceful do not recommend at all , Came in checked my bed pubes hair all over the covers and under the pillows so dirty staff were rude do not come worth no money
