My boyfriend and I stayed for one night and our reservation included the spa.
It went very well, but I would add a few tips.
Since there were two of us, it would have been more appreciated if there had been two complimentary bottles of water in our room upon arrival, instead of just one.
We had access to the spa from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We only managed to get in at 8:12 PM since access was being denied to us. After two or three calls to the reception we resolved it, but I would recommend being more precise with the scheduled times regarding access.
It would be useful to have instructions regarding the use of the whirlpool. We and other couples had a bit of initial difficulty understanding how to activate it.
For the rest, we had a really good time!
