With regret I leave 1 star for the farm Il Melograno. A confirmed reservation was cancelled due to overbooking upon arrival in Italy, after an overnight intercontinental flight. Being in the air, I could not consult subsequent communications. Upon arrival, I found cancellation. While I understand the challenges of small facilities, confirmation management should be flawless: if a booking channel is active, operational consistency is expected. I resolved the unexpected independently with considerable discomfort. The negative opinion concerns only the booking phase. I will be happy to edit the review if direct experience shows the goodness that others praise and that I have no reason to question at this time.

A wonderful place for family visit with kids. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed caring and very helpful service by the owner. The hotel is 20 minute walk from the nearest tram station to get to Venice, but private transfer is available at an extra price from the owner by car. It has all necessary facilities for a comfort and cozy stay, very clean and tidy.

Modern clean rooms well equipped. Organic food from the shop onsite was excellent. Stayed for 10 days. Gianni a super host. BBQ was in great condition to use. Safe gardens for children to play. Would stay again.
