Airone Hotel (Centre)

Was a little scared to stay here based on the past reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast was great. It’s not luxury but good value for the price. And you can’t beat the view of the canal from the room we had.

Scandalosi.pessima organization, coincidentally disappear reservations and the incivility of some receptionists push you to convince yourself even the fault is yours.

In December I booked the hotel for the 13th of September and the 21st of September through Booking , the reservation was with payment a week before (if I remember correctly). The hotel charges me immediately and I express my complaints to Booking , they tell me to manage the issue. Later I receive notification from Booking that the hotel is closed for technical reasons. He tells me to pass them proof of payment and a letter from the bank as he won't return my visa payment money. The bank rightly sends me to fry asparagus and kindly passes me a letter as they can do nothing and attach the proof of payment. Today, after not knowing how many calls and emails to Booking I have only managed to charge one of the two stays. The hotel never closed, I was in Venice and I was talking to them. In short, hotel scam and terrible Booking Customer Service. I have no choice but to report it to the consumer bureau.
