The apartment is clean, cozy, and equipped with every comfort. The location is strategic: in a few minutes on foot you can reach St. Mark's Square and all the main attractions of the city. I recommend it.

Do not stay in apartment 108. Advertised as having air conditioning. There is no air conditioning. Emailed reception, got a basic think it’s working ok reply, after confirming to them it definitely isn’t working, got a return email saying it might be teething problems as it’s new, then stopped replying, no offer to come and check. Key failed, had to get our son to leave his meal to come and let us in with his key as nobody could leave reception. Reception is worse than useless, nobody can make a decision unless the boss is there, the boss isn’t available.

We stayed for the Easter holidays, two adults and 3 children. The apartment was really nice, very spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts. Very kind owner immediately made himself available to solve a problem we had with booking through booking. The apartment is located in a central area but out of the crowd of people. There is a well-stocked supermarket nearby. So I highly recommend it, we loved it
