Excellent experience, central hotel a stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge, clean and modern. Very good breakfast served in an 18th-century frescoed hall. Excellent staff and services. Recommended.

Terrible experience — I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I have traveled all over the world, from San Francisco to Indonesia, and I have never experienced anything like this before. Money was stolen from my room, most likely by a member of the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left the cash visible in the room because I simply forgot to take it with me when leaving. When I realized I did not have it, I returned to the hotel shortly afterwards. The room had already been cleaned, and the money was gone. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the hotel management. The manager was not present at the hotel and did not even bother to contact us or offer any kind of apology or concern regarding the incident. The police have been informed, and everything has been officially documented. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel, as there is clearly a thief working there. I lost 900 EUR, but someone else may lose jewelry, cosmetics, or other valuable belongings. It is extremely sad and disappointing to have such a terrible experience in such a beautiful city.

Very nice and clean hotel! We went to this hotel in April and booked a standard room for 5 days. the location is perfect! It is located +- 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge and 15 minutes from the center, however, around the hotel itself it is very quiet and out of the crowds. The hotel is clean and tidy, the air conditioning is doing well and we were very satisfied with the service. Breakfast is fine but not very special or extensive, out of personal preference we went to other locations for breakfast. However, I would like to mention that you may be led from the hotel itself to the apartments, which are located in the street around the corner but are just as well maintained. We had a very nice stay at this hotel, it is definitely recommended!
