We have just returned from spending 3 nights here. The location was perfect, just a 5 min walk from getting off the bus or train. It’s a 1 min walk to the grand canal and a 4 min walk to the water bus station. All of the staff are just WONDERFUL, nothing was ever a problem and they were very helpful if you needed any information on locations of things to do. Our room was VERY clean, compact, but plenty of space to hang your clothes. Our shower was a little small and it was a little difficult to wash my hair. If you are on the larger size I would definitely ask for a larger shower. The location was sooo quiet too, we had a great nights sleep. There was plenty of selection for breakfast and will do a breakfast box if you want to leave early. This hotel definitely deserves more than a 1* and we will definitely return & reccomend to friends.

Albergo Marin continues to be our first choice whenever we visit Venice. Its location is extremely perfect for travelers arriving by train, since the station is only a short walk away, yet the hotel still feels quiet and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed after long days exploring the city. Breakfast was wonderfull, with a good selection of fresh options to start the morning. What makes us return, though, is the warm and attentive service. Everyone treated us with genuine care and made us feel at home. Another excellent stay, and we would happily recommend Albergo Marin to anyone planning a trip to Venice.

As always, the Marin hotel remains our first choice for our trips to Venice. The breakfast is excellent, the attention to the customer is also great, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Very convenient location near the station.
