Hotel is clean but rooms/decor are outdated. The AC did not cool well. The AC began leaking in the morning. If you book a room on 4th floor it is small for a suite. The 1 person spa was nice. We both woke up with aching backs from the bad mattress and sleeping through the high humidity in the room. We will not be returning. I would rate this 3.5 starts. The staff was very nice

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Reiter. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Venice and the Lido. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Sonila, who did a fantastic job throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless, well presented, and cleaned to a very high standard. Her hard work and attention to detail really made a difference. We would also like to thank Georgia on reception, who went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always happy to assist with any questions or requests. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend Hotel New Reiter to anyone visiting Venice.

The hotel was very nice, but accessible to the mainland only by water taxi. Too far from the attractions.
