The overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired; now, the MOLD all over the bathroom is more serious. They were told, and what did they do? Nothing! Additionally, during the heatwave, we spent the entire stay without air conditioning, but mind you, the guy at the reception was very cool.

I've stayed here before and I returned despite complications with electricity because the price was reasonable and the location was good. I was overall pleased with my last experience. This time, not so much. Something went missing from my room and the staff excused this with "That's impossible, we have cameras". It was a €60 item and I had used it in the morning, we went out and when we came back it was gone. I asked if anybody else had access to the room and again, all they kept saying was "It's impossible, we have cameras". Pretty sure if someone were to steal something they wouldn't wave it around in areas there might be cameras. I was angry and frustrated with the whole situation of something going missing in a place you should feel safe to store your personal belongings, but now I'm furious about the way they handled the situation as well. Very unprofessional.
