No air conditioning, terrible area, nonexistent staff.

I chose this hotel for a family stay, there were 6 of us and we were arranged in 3 rooms as couples. We had 3 rooms on the same floor and this was really very convenient. We stayed for two nights in July. With the air conditioner, the temperature was excellent, it was quiet, peaceful, clean, and there was everything one could need. Breakfast was simple but good and with a decent variety of sweet and savory options. The hotel's design was also very nice, with paintings of Venice everywhere. The parking was convenient and the location near the station was also very convenient. They waited for us for check-in until past 11 at night without any problems. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Truly an excellent experience.

Very disappointed!!! Air conditioning in breakdown with 35°c!! We accept the room because we are informed that it would be repaired the day itself, which was absolutely not the case -》27°c without Air conditioning!! We are also asked in advance if there is room for a trailer, we get a positive answer and on arrival it must therefore be parked somewhere else. We ask for financial compensation for the night without air conditioning, this is refused because we have stayed overnight anyway, this despite the fact that we have accepted the room on the basis of a false promise.!! Breakfast is terrible, the fruit juice is concentrated juice with water, scrambled eggs are just cold, the joghurt is warm and therefore running (good for bacteria)! We're never going back here and I strongly advise against it. The only positive I could find is the proximity to the station, but the streets/neighborhood are also not of the best, most secure.
