Great location but... Ground floor rooms with 40 degrees outside, the air conditioning was off. After the call to the manager, they explained to us... but despite the setting at -8 degrees, it kept turning off continuously. One of the two rooms had a small window that faced a wall, and it wasn't even a nice wall. The coffee machine was there but it didn't work... I read that other guests reported the same issue. It must be the same one. You must say that it was clean and close to one of my favorite restaurants. To the merchants.

If you settle for a small but nice room it is the perfect solution to visit Venice in 1 or 2 days as it is located 2 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Bathroom large enough and modern. Sore note: the smell of sewer mixed with wet typical of Venice... but... it's the same smell you can smell practically all over the city! Coffee machine in the room available but that did not work.

We recently were in this hotel: This which we liked: - hotel is very modern and really nice looking - bed comfort - near the centre Thing which we don’t like: - You can hear everything from other rooms, in other room there was some really noisy family and we couldn’t sleep, they woke us up in the morning because we can hear everything what they said - Terrible door, we got room on first floor n. 1, these door were broken and they smashed every time when someone entered in the building by the main door - we couldn’t sleep because of this - please repair these doors. - To this hotel is way by dark corners and streets so be advised when you are going there. - really messy bathroom- if this hotel was renovated, this room didn’t get new bathroom, we didn’t want to wash here because of mess here - Hotel staff is so annoyed, when they must wait for their clients, staff told me they won’t wait another 20 minutes and forced me to do the online check in - I ask sincerely where is the best parking in Venice and they told me the most pricy parking in the city. So I do it my way. Bedroom is looking nice but the other facts are not great.
