My stay at Hotel Antica Villa Graziella was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, as is the overall cleanliness of the hotel, which is spotless. The breakfast buffet is varied and good quality. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. I want to highlight especially the worker ALAMGIIR, whose attention was 10: always friendly, professional and willing to help both reception and departure, including the convenient luggage storage service. The location is very good, with excellent bus connections, which makes commuting much easier. The value for money is unbeatable, quite a 10. Hotel highly recommended.

Ended up losing my money and had to book elsewhere. After doing a bank payment trace they finally accepted they received the payment. Their email mentioned a different location to what the link booked. Looked at the street view on the address within the email and it was the bronx. No reply when I asked for address confirmation. Be warned everyone! Look at bad reviews before you look at fake ones.

Very good location of the hotel, both for a short break in Venice, and as a short stop for continuing with the ferry. The house is very well run and extremely clean, is relatively quiet and has some good restaurants within walking distance. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly
