B&B A casa mia Rooms and Apartments

Nothing to report, perfect stay

Are you looking for a good and comfortable accomodation in Venice? Here you are. The best apartment ever in Ramo dell'Arco: a functional kitchen, due bedrooms both with bathroom and air conditioning in every room. Close to food shops nearby and vaporetto stop San Zaccaria. Enjoy!

Horrific experience, starting when you arrive. We are Spanish and they did not understand word, they had the wrong address on Google and booking, you arrive loaded with bags and had to contact them and there is no way since they do not understand even a hint of Spanish or intention put, in the end thanks to a gondolier we could understand each other I say that it will have happened more times since the address is poorly put on the web it would be ideal to send you a message facilitating your arrival with some explanation since it is difficult enough to move around the streets of Venice, on arrival they will make you pay 6 euros per suitcase, 6 euros per backpack , in general for each suitcase or bag you carry. Besides the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired I don't think the sheets were changed as you could see stains and we found ourselves up to an earring, the TV did not work, the microwave of the apartment neither, the heating neither. After all this the last day we had to leave at 10:30 , in the morning we had an inconvenience and we needed to leave about 15/20 min later, we warned via washap to the owner and she did not answer us, at 10:25 were the cleaning girls stinging us at the door, we commented on the situation and they started yelling at us in Italian of course , why they do not have the minimum intention of providing you good service and trying to communicate with you that we were either leaving or calling the police.... In short the worst experience I have had traveling I do not recommend it at all.
