Very poor location: The property is in an inconvenient area with difficult access, making it frustrating to get around. Air conditioning does not work properly: The room never cooled adequately, forcing us to stay awake for most of the night in the middle of an extremely hot summer. Ruined our travel experience: We have been traveling continuously since July 27, and a sleepless night left us exhausted and negatively affected the rest of our trip. Terrible communication: The owner's communication was poor, slow, and ineffective. Our concerns were not handled professionally. Poorly stocked: Only two tea bags were provided, with no sugar and virtually no coffee or other basic refreshments. This is unacceptable for a guest accommodation. Poorly managed property: The overall condition and level of management suggest a lack of attention to guests' comfort and basic hospitality. Misleading listing: The owner was not transparent about important details of the property, creating expectations that did not match reality. Not recommended: Based on our experience, we would not stay here again or recommend this property to other travelers.

We booked this hotel through Booking.com based off price and location. We booked room “105” which comes with an private external bathroom just across the hall. The check in process was relatively easy and due to the hotel being un-staffed all doors are secured with a code. Room itself was okay, clean and enough space for 2 people. A small fridge in the desk and a wardrobe with a few hangers. There’s a safe in there but it had been locked when we arrived so there was no way of opening without a key. Location was great, in a more quiet part of Venice so not much foot traffic but only 10 minutes from station. Let down slightly by the condition of the bathroom. It was a small bathroom located across the hall from our room which only we had access to via a key. The bathroom itself consisted of a toilet, sink, mirror & small shower. The bathroom was quite damp with some form of skylight fitted. There was quite a lot of mold present and needed a good clean and some decorating. Overall for the price we paid, we got a clean room in a good location.
