B4 Venezia Mestre

We stayed 2 nights at this impeccable hotel. The reason I am writing this review has a name: Théresa and her incredible team at the breakfast. We had a 70 person group and one of our girls was celebrating her birthday. Théresa arranged for all her team to surprise the girl with a celebration. In came her team singing happy birthday with a small decorated dessert and lit candle showing her Italian traditions like asking for a wish and breaking the candle. Details that you never forget and make you come back next year. Sheraton hospitality at its best! GRAZIE THÈRESE & your team

It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful specially Ayman from the restaurant's team. I highly recommend you the four points hotel.
